Pushpa Sahakari was brought into our hostel facility in 2021 when she was six years old. Her mom passed away when she fell from a cliff while collecting grass for her cattle. Pushpa's dad was hit with a bullet during the civil war a decade ago, and he is mentally ill since then. Because of poverty, he is struggling to feed his three daughters. Pushpa is happy to be at the hostel facility.
